1. Description:
use specifically for processing plastics (such as PPT, PA6, LCP, POM, PC, PVC, TPE, TPU, TPR, PU, etc. plastic material) in insert molding.
Specific pressure and flow are all controlled by computer, providing greater efficiency and precision than standard vertical injection molding machines.
It uses a direct pressure type mother-type clamping cylinder design that allows for speedy mold locking and low pressure slow speed mold. When the mold becomes abnormal, it will automatically open the mold to safeguard it.
Special machine weight, high injection pressure, and fast rate of fire are used to accommodate the injection molding properties of engineering plastics. Injection molding of thin parts is a convenient process.
